COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR VISITORS
LOGISTICA ADUANAL LG Y ROI S.C., (hereinafter “Controllers”), in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“the Law”), its regulations (“the Regulations”), the guidelines of the privacy notice and national and international standards on Personal Data Protection, also, in strict adherence to compliance with the principles established in the Law and the duties of security and confidentiality, applies the pertinent physical, administrative and technological security measures throughout the processing and life cycle of your personal data, in terms of this Privacy Notice.
LOGISTICA ADUANAL LG Y ROI S.C., with address at Av. Las Montañas no. 22 Fracc. Vista Hermosa, C.P. 88274 Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Mexico (here in after “Controller”), may request from Visitors: Considering the nature of the business relationship with the “Controller” and the reason for your visit to its facilities, the latter may request the following data:
Identification data: Full name, image, official identification, autograph signature, place of work, social security number, email, telephone, subject and person you are visiting.
If you require to use our parking lot, we will request the following data:
- Your vehicle data: model, color, license plates.
- Registration of entry and exit from our facilities.
- Registration and Delivery of access credentials.
- Monitoring of your stay in the facilities, with video recorded areas.
- Knowledge of visitors and preservation of the “Controller’s” staff, its assets and other visitors
- Due diligence and knowledge and security processes for visitors, in order to preserve their integrity during their visit to our facilities
- Vehicle registration for parking access.
For those visitors considered frequent: allow entry to areas with sensitive or restricted access and that have been authorized for their visit.
The “Controller” does not request sensitive data; however, if, due to your visit, information is provided that could fall into this classification, this will be safeguarded in strict compliance with the principles of the Law, as well as the duties of security and confidentiality.
Transfers of personal data
The “Controller” is obliged to ensure compliance with all legal principles of protection regarding the transfer of your personal data and not transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided in article 37 of the Law, as well as to carry out this transfer under the terms of the same.
The “Controller” does not transfer data to third parties, except for those exceptions contemplated in article 37 of the Law. In addition to those that, by Law, mandate of a competent authority or that, due to our contractual relationship, are essential for the correct execution of the same.
National or international transfers of data may be carried out without the consent of the Owner, among other cases established by Law, provided that the transfer is made to companies or associations that operate under the same internal processes and policies as the “Controller”, it is necessary by virtue of a contract entered into or to be entered into in the interest of the Owner, by the Controller and/or a third party; and when the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the “Controller” and the Owner.
Security Regarding Your Personal Data
Pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the “Controller” undertakes to maintain confidentiality regarding the data, for which it has adopted and maintains the necessary administrative, technical and physical security measures within its reach to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.
Modifications to the Privacy Notice
The “Controller” reserves the right to modify this notice at any time, therefore it will be the responsibility of the Owner to periodically review the Privacy Notice available at www.grupollg.mx in the Privacy Notice section.

When you browse and interact on the “Controller” websites, mobile applications or via email, the “Controller” may use automatic data collection technology to collect information about the user, such as “cookies”, “Flash cookies”, web beacons, device identifiers, server logs and other technologies. Certain content and/or applications, and which may be provided by third parties, including networks and servers, content providers and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other web monitoring technologies to collect information about users of our websites or mobile applications.

Exercise of ARCO Rights

Likewise, you may revoke, at any time, the consent you have granted and that is necessary for the processing of your personal data, as well as limit the use or disclosure of the same. The above, through the submission of your request, in accordance with the provisions of article 29 of the Law, indicating:
- a) Name and address or other means to communicate the response to the request.
- b) Documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the person who makes the request on your behalf.
- c) The clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you seek to exercise any of the rights mentioned in the previous paragraph, with the understanding that in the case of requesting rectification, you must precisely identify the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports your request.
- d) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
Likewise, you may revoke, at any time, the consent you have given and that is necessary for the processing of your personal data, as well as limit the use or disclosure of the same. The above, through the sending of your request, in accordance with the requirements of the Law and its Regulations, to the email address contacto@grupollg.mx or in writing directly to the address of the “Responsible Party”. Based on article 32 of the Law, the deadline to respond to the duly received request will be 20 business days.
Consent
Login and/or registration through the “Controller” site implies that you have read, understood and agree and have given full and unreserved consent to the processing of your Personal Data under the terms set forth in this Privacy Notice, provided that you do not express opposition under the terms established in the “Exercise of ARCO Rights” section, in accordance with article 8 of the Law and 14 of the Regulations.
